The bar at Roux at Parliament Square is luxurious and welcoming. Named in recognition of Michel Roux Jr’s own birthplace, Pembury in Kent, Roux at the Pembury provides the ideal setting to relax with colleagues and friends in informal and welcoming surrounds.
The bar comfortably seats 40 people and serves delicious snacks and light dishes — perfect for when time is at a premium.
